Strength.

Embodiment.

Precision.

Strength training for women who already working out — and aren’t getting what they came for.

The SBM Method is more than a workout, it’s a re-education of how our body moves and holds itself.

The SBM Method is about correction through connection and is intentionally designed to:

  • Strengthen stabilizing muscles and improve posture

  • Rebuild core strength

  • Build functional strength of the muscles

  • Enhance mind-body connection through conscious movement

—— Why Most Women Hit A Wall

Effort isn’t the problem.

Precision is.

The fitness industry has trained you to grind harder. More classes. More sweat. More soreness as the proof you earned it. For a while it works — and then it stops, or it starts to hurt.

What you’ve never been taught is that strength is built from the inside out. The muscles you’re trying to develop have to fire correctly before any amount of load will produce the results you’re chasing. Most women have spent a decade overriding their bodies instead of listening to them, and the body eventually pushes back.

Sculpted By Movement is the practice for women in that exact place.

Four principles. One practice.

The SBM Method.

Every session, every offering, follows the same logic. The structure is the product — consistent enough to build on, precise enough to produce real change.

01
Alignment
First

Postural imbalances can restrict movement, limit progress, and increase injury risk. My approach focuses on correcting these patterns so the body can move efficiently and powerfully.

02
Progressive
Strength Training

Strength training is the foundation of everything I do. But true strength is built through control, alignment, and intention, not speed or burnout.

03
Tempo, Control
& Time Under Tension

How you move matters as much as what you lift. By controlling tempo and time under tension, we deepen muscle engagement, sharpen mind–muscle connection, and build strength with precision.

04
Core & Breath
Integration

We integrate deep core engagement and breath control to support spinal stability, posture, and strength transfer. This allows you to lift heavier, move better, and feel more connected in your body, both in training and in everyday life.

—What’s Offered

One gateway. Two paths.

ALWAYS FIRST. THE GATEWAY.

Movement Assessment
$120.00

Every SBM client begins here. We talk through your history, your goals, and what you’ve tried. I screen your movement patterns and read what your body is actually doing. At the end, I will tell you what I found and suggest the path that fits. This is how I get to know your body, and how you decide whether working together is right.

AFTER YOUR ASSESSMENT, ONE OF TWO PATHS

$120.00 | 75 mins.

Path A: Precision
$900.00

For the woman whose primary goal is fixing a dysfunction — a compensation pattern, a recurring injury, something that keeps getting in the way. We fix the foundation first. Body composition follows once the right muscles are firing.

2x per week. Fully private, fully individualized.

CORRECTION FOCUS

$900.00 | 12 sessions. 6 weeks.

BODY CHANGE FOCUS

Path B: Recomposition
$1,800.00

For the woman who wants visible, lasting change and is ready to give her body the frequency and time that actually produces it. Cycle-aware programming, progressive overload, the full SBM training method.

3x per week. Two program lengths based on your assessment results and goals.

$1800.00 | 24 sessions. 8 weeks.

$2400.00 | 36 sessions. 12 weeks.

—Who This Is For

The woman who knows there’s more.

Woman who already train and want more from it. Women who’ve plateaued, or who keep getting hurt, or who can feel they’re working hard without seeing it in the mirror.

Woman who care about how their body moves as much as how it looks — and who suspects those two things might be connected. If you’ve done Barre, Pilates, Lagree, group HIIT training and you’re ready for something more precise, you’re in the right place.

FAQs

Where are your sessions held?

1

At a private setup within a training space in Mississauga, with a quiet corner reserved for stretch therapy and assessment work. The dedicated SBM studio is in development.

How is this different from a regular trainer or a group training?

2

Trainers tend to default to load. Pilates and barre tend to default to volume. SBM is built around movement quality first, then progressively loads it. You'll feel the difference in the first session.

Do you take new client without an assessment?

3

Rarely. The Movement Assessment is how I get to know your body and how you decide whether the work is right for you.

How can I contact you?

4

You can reach us anytime via our email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
